  Un pequeño viaje al pasado y a lo natural, en un entorno precioso y tranquilo. Me encantó la propuesta "bio" del restaurante de La Lola, en el mismo hotel, donde podréis degustar la comida "Slow Food". Fantástica escapada, gracias!!!

  My husband and I are both vegetarian, and I don't eat gluten (although can handle contaminations). The staff was very accommodating and quick to recommend the specialties in their menu that would work best for us.

  My husband and I had lunch here on a weekend. Inside was already fully booked, but we were lucky the weather was nice and we were given a table outside in the terrace. Really nice!

  And if you need to watch your budget, skipping starters and/or dessert can help you keep the check under control. The sizes of the main courses are decent enough to make a light meal.

  While you wait for the first dish, they bring you a few gourmet appetizers to entertain your stomach. They were lovely. We also ordered some home-made violet water and some organic grape juice. Both were great, but since grape juice is expensive probably next time we'd just stick to the violet water.

  MUST GO if you are around. Nice music, quiet and very welcoming terrace. The service is always attentive and Lola's dishes are precious. Try the rice, the fish, the "onion bread" and the recuit as dessert.

  This restaurant specializes in organic "slow food", so don't expect superfast service or cheap prices: they prepare their dishes with love and care, and they select high quality organic ingredients. Both things take time and money. So chose this place as a treat and an opportunity to relax and enjoy your time in the Empordà without watching the clock.
